Take your next step in Senior Leadership
As a progressive multi-academy trust, succession planning forms a key part of our success.
We believe we are at the forefront of developing the next generation of Principals and Executive Principals in London.
With Harris, you will have the opportunity to work within a close network of academies, supported by the Federation central team of executive leaders and consultants.
As part of a rewarding and highly supportive Federation, we can provide first-time Principals with all the support needed in the form of individual mentoring from an experienced Harris Principal.
For existing Headteachers, we offer unrivalled progression opportunities to Executive Principalship, and the option to support you through our National Professional Qualification for Executive Leadership (NPQEL) programme.
The course draws on the leadership expertise of Harris executive leaders and Directors as well as other successful MATs from across the country.
Excellence. Every child. Every day.
Appreciating 4,265 inspiring people: amazing teachers, support staff, leaders and governors for their brilliant work that impacts the lives of our students each and every day.
Are you an Experienced Principal?
For existing Headteachers, we offer unrivalled progression opportunities to Executive Principalship, and for individuals new to Headship we can provide coaching and mentoring to help develop you as a Principal of a Harris Academy.
We are interested to hear from both senior leaders new to headship, and those wanting to extend their experience of Headship.
Are you an Aspiring Principal?
For first time Principals, we will provide all of the support needed in the form of individual mentoring from an experienced Harris Principal. For those looking to qualify, we can also support you through your National Professional Qualification for Headship (NPQH).
We are interested to hear from experienced senior leaders working towards their first Headship.
